My dream is to create an empowered world where people have full access to their resourcefulness. I am deeply passionate about developing and empowering leadership in people which is what brought me to a career in Human Resources many moons ago.

I hold certifications as a Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) accredited by the ICF. With over a decade of professional experience in career, development, team, and leadership coaching, I've had the privilege of collaborating with individuals and organizations across Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Americas.

On a personal note, I'm a proud mother of two, Alex and Robyn. Outside the coaching realm, you'll find me pursuing my passions in running, yoga, and reading. My reading interests often gravitate towards leadership and personal effectiveness.
